Weekly - every Thursday from 12:50 – 1:20 pm in MC375 Join us for brief lessons in mindfulness and qi gong. Both practices are ways that help you to: • Sharpen your focus in class and while studying • Increase your energy • Manage stress • Decrease your anxiety • Become more self-aware We meet weekly for a half hour to practice exercises in each. Students and lawyers alike use them to thrive in school and practice! Join Profs. Len Riskin and Cliff Zimmerman Each session includes a brief introduction to the practice or a related one, followed by guided exercises that you can repeat on your own. Each week will introduce new practices and repeat others.
