Marie Oh Huber (JD ’86) was named general counsel at eBay last week, as the company prepares to split eBay and PayPal into independent publicly traded companies.
 
Huber joins eBay from Agilent Technologies, a company that designs laboratory equipment in life sciences, medical diagnostics, and applied chemical markets, where she served as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Prior to Agilent, Huber served as corporate counsel for Hewlett Packard, working specifically in mergers and acquisitions.

The National Diversity Council named Huber one of its Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology in 2014, and the Women’s Legal Defense and Education Fund named her as one of the 2015 Women of Achievement.
