Northwestern Law Hosts Two Alumni Events in Europe

June 12, 2015

This summer Northwestern Law is extending its global footprint; organizing two events in Paris and London featuring faculty members and Dean Daniel B. Rodriguez.

On June 25, Juliet Sorensen, clinical associate professor of law and founder of the Access to Health Project, will deliver a talk titled “Public Corruption & Climate Change” in Paris. The event is designed to bring together local alumni and connect with faculty.

Just five days later on June 30, Emily Kadens, professor of law and Bruce Markell, professor of bankruptcy law will present on their areas of expertise. Kadens’s talk “Studying Legal History in the English Archives” and Markell’s, “Through a Kosovar Lens: The Changing Face of Insolvency in Europe” will be followed by a reception.

The Northwestern Law community in both regions combined is over 100 alumni strong.
