Employment Discrimination

This course is a study of the law of federal employment discrimination, covering race sex, age and disability discrimination, and such issues as standardized testing, affirmative action, and sexual harassment. The course provides a grounding in the basic conceptual framework common to all federally regulated forms of discrimination. Evaluation: Final Examination Teaching Method: Lecture and discussion Text: Prerequisites: None FOR SPRING 2009 ONLY: This course will meet on the winter quarter schedule with examination during the law school examination period.
