Employment Discrimination [Executive LLM]

This course is a study of the law of federal employment discrimination, covering race sex, age and disability discrimination, and such issues as standardized testing, affirmative action, and sexual harassment. The course provides grounding in the basic conceptual framework common to all federally regulated forms of discrimination.
