Commercial Law: Secured Transactions

This is an Executive LLM course. This course provides a survey of the law of secured transactions (which is the subject matter of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code) and with the interrelation of secured transactions with the other articles of the Uniform Commercial Code, as well as with the federal Bankruptcy Code. The final grade will be determined on the basis of a 3-hour open-book final exam. Class attendance, participation and preparation will be a factor in determining the final grade.
