Application Process
To apply to the MSL program, please submit your application through the Slate portal.
The application requires the following:
- Statement of purpose that addresses specific questions
- Letter of recommendation (more than one letter is allowed)
- Resume or CV
- Transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate programs
- International students must submit a TOEFL or IELTS score or apply for a TOEFL/IELTS waiver
- International students whose primary language is not English will be asked to complete a written and a spoken interview
- Video interview
Applicants are encouraged to submit standardized test score reports (e.g., GMAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT), but a test score is not required. Applicants are also free to submit additional letters of recommendation.
There is no fee to apply for the MSL Program.
Application Deadlines
Fall 2024 start (part-time online and full-time residential formats; classes begin August 26, 2024):Applications are considered in three rounds and also are reviewed on a monthly basis:
- First Round deadline: February 1, 2024
- Second Round deadline and Final Deadline for International Students: April 1, 2024
- Final Deadline for Domestic Students: June 1, 2024
