The following forms, with the exception of the FAFSA, should be mailed or delivered in person to the Office of Financial Aid, 710 N. Lake Shore Drive, Abbott Hall, Room 629, Chicago, IL 60611.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the documents, which are in Portable Document Format (PDF). Download this software for free from the Adobe Web site.

Please note that Northwestern University School of Law continues to consider applicants as independent students, meaning that we do not require parental information as part of your financial aid application. If you are applying to another law school that requires you to complete Need Access with parental information as part of your application, we will not receive that information nor consider that information as part of your application.
