The Center for Career Strategy and Advancement manages its recruitment programs through Symplicity.
Spring 2014 OCI will take place January 28-31 and February 4-7, 2014. We encourage you to interview our first-, second-, and third-year JD students as well as our LLM Tax and LLM International students. There are no registration fees or scheduling costs associated with this program.
Registration is open from December 3 – Dec 30. There is no cost for participating.
If you are not yet registered in our Symplicity system, you can register for a new account by clicking the "Register" button. If you have any questions, step-by-step instructions can be found below.
Employer schedules and resume packets will be available one week prior to your interview date. Resumes of the students who bid for an interview with your firm/organization and are on your waitlist will also be available for viewing.
While we hope that you will choose to participate in OCI we realize that you may not be able to visit our campus to conduct interviews.
To receive resumes through our resume request program:
Requests may be completed at any time. You may choose to have the resumes e-mailed directly to you or you can select to have them "accumulate online" – in which case, resumes will be stored on Symplicity and you may log in at any time to view and download submissions.
There is no cost for participating in the Resume Request program.
If you have any questions please contact Arden Schuman.
The Northwestern University School of Law Fall OCI took place in August 2013. Information on Fall 2014 OCI will be available later in Spring of 2014.
Fall OCI program is primarily intended for recruiting second and third-year law students, but we welcome and encourage employers who are seeking LLM students (foreign and/or tax) to participate as well. Registration fees and scheduling costs do apply; please see the registration packet for details.
This program takes place on Northwestern University’s Chicago campus in Wieboldt Hall, located in the Kellogg School of Management building. The address is 340 E. Superior Street, and is adjacent to the law school building.
Northwestern University School of Law’s Center for Career Strategy and Advancement is excited to announce a new on-line service to our partner-employers, the NLaw Student Search. The NLaw Student Search will better connect you with our students based upon student and employer interests and will supplement your on-campus recruitment efforts.
Using the NLaw Student Search, you can identify students who might be a good match for your office in terms of work experience, education and training, and/or geographic affinity. Based on your search, you can view resumes on-line, print them out, and contact students directly.
If you are an employer interested in participating in any of the regional recruitment programs, please visit the TLC website.
