Spring 2013 OCI will take place January 29-February 1 and February 5-8, 2013. As you conduct your job search, remember that OCI is only one means of securing employment. Be sure to talk with your Career Advisor about all the ways to find the right job for you.

Requirements

To participate in OCI, you must:

  • Create your student profile in Symplicity
  • Enter your unavailable times (i.e., times in which you are in class and other potential personal conflicts)
  • Upload your one page resume
  • Carefully review each employer’s profile and hiring criteria

Important Dates (all times Central Time Zone)

  • Monday, January 7, 12:00 p.m.
    Bidding for Spring OCI begins
  • Friday, January 11, 5:00 p.m.
    Deadline to bid for Spring OCI interviews
  • Wednesday, January 16, 12:00 p.m.
    Spring OCI interview schedules will be posted on Symplicity
  • Friday, January 18, 12:00 p.m.
    Pre-selected students can schedule their interview times

Resume Request Program

A number of employers will collect application materials through our Resume Request Program.

Deadlines are on a rolling basis, so be sure to check Symplicity regularly.

Off-Campus Recruitment Program (OCRP)

Each fall, in conjunction with several other law schools, Northwestern Law participates in a series of off-campus job fairs, referred to as our Off-Campus Recruitment Program (OCRP). This year, OCRP job fairs will be conducted in Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Washington DC.
