Registration and Tuition
Tuition for the Institute is $995 per person or $895 per person for three or more registrants from the same firm or corporation. Additional discounts may be available for groups of six or more. Each registration includes materials, lunches, breaks, and a reception. Registrations must be made in advance. On-site registration is available as space permits and requires an additional $100 fee.
Course Materials
Registrants will receive an extensive set of course materials either in printed or CD-ROM format. The CD-ROM is an electronic version of the printed materials in PDF format. For an additional fee of $50, registrants may receive the materials in both formats. Registrants and non-registrants may purchase additional copies of the materials for $250. Registrants should indicate their preference for materials on the registration form.
Cancellation Policy
Full-tuition refunds will be made for all written cancellations received on or before September 11 (Chicago session) or November 20 (San Francisco session). A $250 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds on written cancellations received after those dates. No refunds will be given
for cancellations made after September 18 (Chicago session) or November 27 (San Francisco session).

As a registrant, you may take advantage of special hotel rates by identifying yourself as a participant in the Northwestern University School of Law Corporate Counsel Institute.

Continuing Legal Education Credit
As a program sponsored by Northwestern University School of Law, the Corporate Counsel Institute is recognized for continuing legal education credits in many states. Questions about CLE should be directed to the Office of Professional Education at (312) 503-4213.
Estimated credit hours are 8.5 (including 1 for ethics for states with a 60-minute credit hour) or 10.2 (including 1.2 for ethics for those with a 50-minute credit hour). Illinois attorneys can earn up to 8.0 credits (including 1 credit for professionalism).
