Requests for new print publications and marketing and publicity materials will be considered on a case by case basis, depending on how they fit into the Law School's overall communications and marketing strategy. Departments should not attempt to design any print or electronic publications on their own and must first contact Kathleen Gleeson, director of communications, to discuss the creation of any publications, including invitations and event programs.
The Marketing and Communications team will work with you to determine the need and value of each proposed piece and then create the publication. We may suggest alternative options and edit content if we feel it is necessary. The Marketing and Communications team will also determine if an outside vendor is needed and will coordinate all projects.
Publications such as event schedules, post cards, invitations, etc., are done in house but do take time to create. Please allow about five to six weeks for production. Additional time will be necessary for larger brochures. Any use of the Northwestern Law name and logo not mentioned on these pages must be managed by the director of communications, Kathleen Gleeson.
