Important Forms and Surveys

We are extremely interested in your assessment of the Northwestern Law experience. Please take this opportunity to complete the Graduate Exit Survey and other forms and surveys listed below.

We will use feedback from the Graduate Exit Survey to plan for the future and to make improvements for the students who will follow you. The Graduate Exit Survey is anonymous unless you choose to give your name. The survey will only take a few minutes of your time, but can make a real difference as we plan ahead.

Submitting your updated contact information in the "Contact Information Update Form" will ensure inclusion in the "Class of 2010 Alumni Directory" as well as in the Online Alumni Directory so your classmates can keep in touch with you after graduation. The "Class of 2010 Alumni Directory" will be available for all graduating students to pick up during Convocation week.
