Convocation Ticket Information
Tickets are required for all guests to attend the convocation ceremony.  Each graduate can claim up to seven (7) tickets on the First round. Graduates must confirm ticket needs by sending an e-mail to Mary Lyons in Student Services, m-lyons2@law.northwestern.edu.

All ticket requests must be sent to Mary by midnight Monday, April 1, 2013.  After April 1st, tickets will be released into a pool to accommodate further request, if you require more than seven (7) you  may order extra tickets in the Second round, which we will accommodate request for additional tickets.

Graduates must request their own tickets.  We cannot take request for tickets from parents, friends, etc.  Tickets will be available for pick-up starting Monday, May 13th through Thursday, May 16th in the Atrium.

Accommodated Seating for Disabled and Elderly Guest.  If your guests have special needs, please indicate this to Mary in the e-mail confirming your graduation tickets.  Limited seating is available for the accommodated person and one guest.  These tickets will be included in your original ticket allotment.
