Ticket Information
Tickets will be required for all guests to attend the graduation ceremony. Each graduate has been allotted 10 tickets . Because individual needs will vary, we have established a process by which different ticket allocations will be determined. This is, of course, dependent upon everyone being as accurate as possible so that we can use the extra tickets to accommodate everyone else's needs.
Graduates must confirm their need for tickets by e-mailing Mary Lyons in Student Affairs.
If you know that you will need more or less than 10 tickets to accommodate your guests, please communicate the exact number of tickets you need. If you need exactly 10 tickets, you still need to confirm this with Mary.
All ticket requests must be sent to Mary by, March 26, 2010. Graduates who have not confirmed by March 26th will have their tickets released into a pool from which we will accommodate requests for additional tickets.
Graduates must request their own tickets. We cannot take requests for tickets from parents, friends, etc.
Tickets will be available for pick-up starting Monday, May 10th through Thursday, May 13th in Student Affairs.
Accommodated Seating for Disabled and Elderly Guests
If your guests have special needs, please indicate this in the e-mail confirming your graduation tickets. Seating is available for the accommodated person and one guest. These tickets will be included in your original ticket allotment.
