Ticket Information

Convocation Ticket Information
Tickets are required for all guests to attend the convocation ceremony.  Each graduate can claim up to ten (10) tickets on the First round.  Graduates must confirm ticket needs by sending an e-mail to Mary Lyons in Student Services, m-lyons2@law.northwestern.edu.

All ticket requests must be sent to Mary by midnight Friday, March 30th.  After March 30th, tickets will be released into a pool to accommodate further requests, if you require more than ten (10) you may order extra tickets in the Second  round, which we will accommodate requests for additional tickets.

Graduates must request their own tickets.  We cannot take requests for tickets from parents, friends, etc.  Tickets will be available for pick-up starting Monday, May 7th through Thursday, May 10th in Student Services. 

Accommodated Seating for Disabled and Elderly Guests.  If your guests have special needs, please indicate this to Mary in the e-mail confirming your graduation tickets.  Limited seating is available for the accommodated person and one guest.  These tickets will be included in your original ticket allotment.
