Structuring Transactions: Entertainment Law This course is taught by a lawyer who concentrates in the practice of Entertainment Law and who is an active executive producer for feature films. Students will learn all the legal and financial options and techniques necessary to enable them to best be prepared to represent clients and address their needs and concerns - from screenplay to distribution. There will be a heavy concentration on the business dynamics of the film industry coupled with many speakers from the industry. It will be a hands-on course.
