Employment Discrimination This course is a study of the law of federal employment discrimination, covering race sex, age and disability discrimination, and such issues as standardized testing, affirmative action, and sexual harassment. The course provides a grounding in the basic conceptual framework common to all federally regulated forms of discrimination.
