The fourth annual Atrocity Crimes Litigation Year-in-Review will convene at Northwestern Law on January 31 to examine the jurisprudence and practice of the major war crimes tribunals during 2010. Professor David Scheffer will moderate a day-long discussion with top officials from the International Criminal Court, the International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, the Special Court for Sierra Leone, and the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. Hosted by the Bluhm Legal Clinic's Center for International Human Rights and sponsored by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the program will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 5 p.m. Lunch, with guest speaker, is scheduled from Noon to 2 p.m. CLE credit available.
