YOUNG ALUMNI AND SUMMER ASSOCIATES TO MEET IN NEW YORK
Young Northwestern Law graduates in New York and current students
working as summer associates in New York will meet for a networking event
on Tuesday, June 17. Sponsored by Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP,
the event will take place in Cadwalader's Atrium at 100 Maiden Lane, New
York. Light appetizers and drinks will be served.
KEEP NORTHWESTERN LAW HIGH ON YOUR FIRM HIRING COMMITTEE'S LIST
This year Northwestern will begin its on-campus interview (OCI)
program on August 18, 2003, two weeks before classes begin. With the
downturn in the economy, some employers will limit the number of law
schools they visit this year. We would like your help in ensuring that
Northwestern Law continues the trend of attracting greater numbers of
on-campus recruiters each year. For more information about OCI or other
recruiting opportunities, click
here.
MINER MOOT COURT 40TH ANNIVERSARY PHOTO ALBUM ONLINE
On Friday, March 7, 2003 Northwestern Law held a celebratory dinner
in honor of both the 40th anniversary of the moot court
competition and Mrs. Julius H. Miner, who established a moot
court competition in honor of her husband, District Court Judge Julius
Miner. To check out photos of the dinner and the winners of the 2002
