On Monday, September 26, at 5:30 p.m., the Pope & John Lecture Series will feature Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan. Madigan is the first woman to serve in this capacity and has devoted much of her work to financial consumer protection, as well as to the protection of women, children, and senior citizens. This event will be held in Lincoln Hall and is free and open to the public.
On October 14, all alumni are invited to Alumni Community Day which will feature a full day of events and the chance to meet incoming dean Daniel B. Rodriguez. Enjoy special alumni programming, including a discussion on the constitutionality of the health care law featuring professors Stephen Presser and Martin Redish and moderated by Andrew Koppelman. Those interested in attending are encouraged to register.
Find out more about recent key developments at the Law School including upcoming events and activities as well as information on our incoming class, new faculty, and upgraded facilities, in the dean's welcome letter.
