Support Northwestern Law Before the Calendar Year End
Make your annual fund gift by December 31 and maximize your tax benefits. Your support at any amount will help maintain the level of success that Northwestern Law strives for each year. So far this year, we have welcomed one of our strongest entering classes and several talented new faculty members. For more information, visit our Law School Fund web page, or contact the Office of Development at (312) 503-7609.

Individuals more than 70 ½ years old can also choose to make an IRA Charitable Rollover gift. Through this federal program, eligible individuals can donate up to $100,000 from their Individual Retirement Accounts directly to the Law School without having to count the distributions as taxable income.

Thank you for your support of Northwestern Law.

Are You in a Position to Hire or Refer an Opportunity?
We are fortunate that the majority of our second- and third-year students have jobs for the summer and after graduation. The financial crisis, however, has left a larger number of our students in the market at this time than in recent years. If you are aware of open positions in your organization or elsewhere, please pass them on to Bill Chamberlain, assistant dean and director of the Center for Career Strategy and Advancement (w-chamberlain@law.northwestern.edu).

In addition, if you are in a position to hire a student, the Center would be happy to forward you the resumes of interested students. The Center is also interested in locating summer positions where there may be no promise of a permanent offer at the end of the summer and permanent positions that are part-time or contract, as well as full-time.
