Audrey J. Lee is an adjunct professor teaching the Negotiation Workshop. She is the Principal of Perspective LLC and specializes in applying interest-based negotiation principals to the design and delivery of interactive skills courses for lawyers and other professionals. Ms. Lee's work focuses on designing and teaching courses and workshops on professionalism, diversity, negotiation and mediation. Since 2004, Professor Lee has been an instructor for the Harvard negotiation Institute teaching the Basic Negotiation and Advanced Negotiation Difficult Conversations workshops. She has been certified as a mediator through the Harvard Mediation Program and the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago and mediates a variety of cases. Prior to her consulting work, Ms. Lee practiced law as an intellectual property and litigation attorney at Winston & Strawn in Chicago and Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
