Kenneth Harris is a partner with Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg and chairs the firm's tax practice. Mr. Harris specializes in the federal income tax aspects of corporate divestitures and acquisitions, partnership transactions, and tax planning strategies. He is a co-author of "Standards of Tax Practice" (Tax Analysts, 2004), along with Bernard Wolfman of Harvard University and James Holden of Steptoe & Johnson, and is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Taxation of Corporate Transactions (CCH). He earned his JD from the University of Chicago and his LLM from New York University. Mr. Harris teaches Tax Ethics, Opinions, and Penalties during the fall semester.
