Adjunct Professor of Law
Edward W. Malstrom is the senior real estate lawyer at Exelon Corporation,
a Fortune 500 Company headquartered in Chicago and one of the world’s
largest power producers and energy wholesalers. Before joining Exelon, Mr. Malstrom
was engaged in private law practice in Chicago. He has had extensive experience
in all kinds of real estate and property transactions including affordable housing
for the poor.
He is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law, a former editor
of the Illinois Law Forum, and a member of the Order of the Coif. He
teaches Structuring Transactions: Real Estate.
