Adjunct Professor of Law

Simon C.Y. Wong is an Executive Partner and Managing Director at London-based investment firm Governance for Owners. Wong is also an independent advisor serving such institutions as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and Tomorrow’s Company, and member of the Private Sector Advisory Group of the Global Corporate Governance Forum of the World Bank Group.

Previously, Simon was Head of Corporate Governance in the London office of Barclays Global Investors and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He started his professional career as a securities lawyer with Linklaters and Shearman & Sterling in London, and also worked at the OECD in Paris.

Wong holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University and is admitted to the bar in the state of New York.
