Shari Seidman Diamond is both a lawyer and psychologist who is one of the foremost empirical researchers on the jury process and legal decision-making. Shari is also a research fellow at the American Bar Foundation. She is now conducting a pathbreaking research project on actual jury deliberations in the Arizona state courts. Her other fields of interest include science and the courts, the regulation of trademarks and advertising and field research methodology.
