Allan Horwich has practiced law with Schiff Hardin for more than 35 years and taught at Northwestern since 1999. His practice is concentrated in securities litigation and counseling. He has also been involved in litigation in other areas of law, principally involving corporate law and fiduciary duty matters, including class actions and derivative suits.
