Barbara A. Kahn previously worked as a supervisory attorney for a project funded by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services to obtain Supplemental Security Income for DCFS wards. Ms. Kahn also provided individual and class representation to low income clients as a staff attorney with the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago.
