Brian Silbernagel joined the Communication and Legal Reasoning faculty in 2007. He has experience as both a commercial litigator and a transactional attorney, and has worked at law firms in Chicago, Phoenix, and Newport Beach, as well as acted as in-house counsel for an international information technology consulting firm headquartered in Chicago. Brian also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Harry D. Leinenweber of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
