Working Papers
Claudia Landeo received her PhD in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was a recipient of the Andrew W. Mellon Pre-Doctoral Fellowship and the Reuben E. Slesinger Research Award. She has served as a visiting Scholar of Law and Economics at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, a visiting Associate Professor of Economics and visiting Scholar of Behavioral Law and Economics at Carnegie Mellon University John H. Heinz College, and as both an Assistant and Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Alberta Economics Department. Her areas of interest include law and economics, industrial organization, and experimental and behavioral economics. She has published in such journals as the American Economic Review, and the Journal of Law, Economics and Organization. Her current work is focused on debiasing through law mechanisms, and incomplete contracts and damages for contract breach.
