Martha D. Kanter joined Northwestern’s Communication and Legal Reasoning Faculty as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Law in August of 2006. Prior to that she practiced law as an associate and partner at Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon, LLP. She served on her firm’s Professional Standards Committee, Recruiting Committee and has been a member of the firm’s Mentoring Program for the professional development of associates. Her areas of practice included commercial litigation, products liability and toxic tort. She has authored numerous successful state and federal appeals.
