Michael Melbinger is a partner with Winston & Strawn and is the global head of the firm's employee benefits and executive compensation department. He lectures extensively on executive compensation, retirement plan design, fiduciary issues, health benefit plans, and health care reform and is the author of numerous articles and books on these topics.
