Biography

Mitchell B. Weiss is a partner in the international tax practice of K&L Gates LLP,  specializing in restructurings, cross-border M&A, IP migrations, and tax-advantaged financings.

Mitch is a licensed attorney and a CPA in Illinois, a frequent speaker at various tax conferences, and has published numerous international tax articles. Mitch is a member of the International Tax Journal’s Advisory Board and IFA’s USA Branch Council.
