Todd Belcore



Todd Belcore has several years of experience using litigation, community outreach, academic works and policy advocacy as tools to ensure the underserved have access to justice and opportunity. As a result of Todd's work and commitment to service, he has received numerous honors from community, city, state, and national organizations, including: the "Champion of Change" from the White House's Office of Public Engagement; the 2013 Young Lawyer of the Year for Cook County from the Illinois State Bar Association, and; the "Visionary Award" from the Safer Foundation.

Todd is also the Co-Founder of the Chicago International Social Change Festival (CISCFF). CISCFF is a new vehicle for social change that provides a platform for films that showcase untold stories of struggle to educate and inspire people to act to address the issues showcased in the films featured.
