In addition to teaching classes, Northwestern Law faculty members are involved in many scholarly projects and events both within and outside the University. These include acting as supervisors for third-year JD students conducting senior research, organizing annual Faculty Research Conferences, and participating in the Colloquium Series in which they exchange views with outside scholars twice a month on a variety of legal topics.

Our faculty also stays connected to the University through the Center for Legal Studies and the Institute for Policy Research. Several members are also Research Fellows with the American Bar Foundation, the national research institute committed to objective empirical research on law and legal institutions, which shares the Rubloff building with the Law School.
