Enrollment and Procedures
All benefits eligble newly hired faculty members are responsible for completing all required benefit enrollment forms and submitting them to the Human Resources Office within 31 days of their employment start date.
Coverage begins on the first of the month following the date of employment. Certain benefits have waiting periods that must be met.
