ILS Week: January 22-25, 2008 Each academic year, ILS sponsors a series of discussions and lectures focusing on International Law. This year, we've gathered a great group of speakers, including Professor Hornick, Professor Bassiouni, Ambassador-Designate Gene Cretz, Ambassador Clint Williamson, David Tolbert (ICTY), Stephen Rapp (SCSL), and Ambassador David Scheffer .
