  • 100 GB hard drive
  • 2 GB RAM of memory
  • 256 RAM video memory
  • DVD CD-ROM drive

  • High-speed connection to the Law School network and the Internet

  • Wireless: 802.11 b/g wireless card (WPA2 compatible)
  • High-speed connection to the Law School network and the Internet
  • Windows XP Professional OS
  • Two (2) USB ports
  • Warranty: 3-year On-site (Next Business Day) AND complete damage recovery warranty

Software applications we provide and support are:

  • MS Office 2003 (Word, Access, Excel, and Powerpoint) - Faculty, staff, students
  • Norton Anti-Virus Software - Faculty, staff, students
  • Netscape Navigator, Mozilla or Safari browsers - Faculty, staff, students
  • Eudora or Outlook email client - Faculty, staff, students
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader - Faculty, staff, students
  • Meeting Maker - Faculty, staff
  • RightFax for Windows - Faculty, staff
  • Statistical software - Faculty
  • Other software or technical applications, as needed

The University provides NetIDs and passwords for Internet e-mail and access to resources on the University backbone. The Law Library provides IDs for the Lexis and Westlaw databases. Training for software or research databases is available through the IT Department or the Law Library, as appropriate.
