E-Commerce

Options exist for Northwestern Law groups who would like to accept online credit card payments (conduct ecommerce). This program is overseen by the Northwestern's Bursar's office. Note that this system cannot be used to accept donations.

Getting an ecommerce site:

  1. The process, briefly, will consist of reviewing the Northwestern University Event Registration Online document, completing the application form within it, and sending it to Law Administrative Services for approval. You should, while waiting for approval, create a draft of your registration form if it does not already exist.
The Forms and Surveys page has a list of questions to help you begin to build your form.
  2. Upon approval, Law Information Technology will be notified and the web developers will work with you on finalizing and building your registration form.
  3. Once your form is live, your department will be given access to monitor incoming registrations and process refunds.
