All manuscripts sent by e-mail and post for consideration by the Journal are evaluated on a rolling basis.

Format
All submissions must be double-spaced with one-inch margins and typed in Microsoft Word. All footnote text should be double-spaced and numbered serially. All footnotes and citations should conform to "The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation," 17th Edition (Harvard Law Review Association). Text should conform to Texas Law Review Manual on Usage & Style (8th ed. 1995). If you are submitting via postal mail, the Journal requests that you supply and submit one paper copy of the manuscript and one electronic copy on a 3 1/2 inch PC-compatible floppy disk. Please also include a current CV with any article submission. We regret that materials will not be returned.
Content
The Editors of the Journal seek notes, comments and scholarly articles in the area of social policy. Please see our Topics Covered page for more information. The Journal encourages the use of gender-neutral language.
Submission Length
The Journal has no formal length requirements, and we will review all submissions, regardless of length.
Publication
Our Journal is published online twice a year and is disseminated in electronic search databases such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Hein Online.
