On Tuesday, September 19, David Skeel (University of Pennsylvania) will present Oversight Boards, Municipal Bankruptcy, and the Path to Puerto Rico. Three articles are available below for review prior to the workshop.
The 2017 Fall Faculty Workshop Series will take place in the Faculty Commons from 12:00pm-1:00pm.
