Case Details

Timothy Brown, along with his codefendant Keith King, were wrongfully convicted of the 1990 murder of police officer Patrick Behan. Brown, who is mentally disabled, was fourteen when he was arrested and interrogated by police, leading him to falsely confess to the crime. Brown was released when, in 2002, another man by the name of Andrew Johnson admitted to committing the crime.
