Step 1: Click on "Permanent link to This Page" (located on the top right of the screen) to obtain a stable URL. Cope the link in the address bar.
Step 2: Click here (URL generator) to create a URL that is password protected so that students can access the document off campus.
Step 3: Once you have created the full URL in step 2, you can paste the link into Blackboard: Control Panel > Course Documents > Add URL (this is different from Westlaw or LexisNexis, where you will add an "item."). For detailed instruction on this part, click here.
Step 4: Click Submit to complete the process.
