FDsys. A free site. Search for bills in the current or in several previous Congresses (going back to 1993).
ProQuest Congressional allows for searching either the full text of current bills, or bill tracking information for legislation in the current Congress.
LexisNexis has bill text (Congressional Full Text Bills - Current Congress) and bill tracking (Bill Tracking Report - Current Congress) databases covering legislation in the current Congress.
