Justice Center Attorney Margulies Wins Prestigious American Bar Association Award for Book About Guantanamo Bay

Joseph Margulies, attorney with the MacArthur Justice Center and associate clinical professor at the law school, has received the Silver Gavel Award, one of the American Bar Association’s most prestigious awards, for his widely celebrated book, “Guantanamo and the Abuse of Presidential Power.” (Simon and Schuster 2006)
