Washington Post features Joseph Margulies Op-Ed on prisoner torture

On October 2, 2006, The Washington Post featured an Op-Ed by MacArthur Justice Center Attorney Joseph Margulies, author of “ Guantanamo and the Abuse of Presidential Power.” The piece entitled, “The More Subtle Kind of Torment,” explored the grotesque and brutal torture of thousands of American POWs during the Korean War.
