Alina received their BA in Psychology and Statistical & Data Sciences from Smith College in 2020. As the Center's program assistant, Alina supports the work of the career counselors and assists with employer programming.

Natalie A. Bautista

Natalie is the career adviser for international LLM students. Prior to joining Northwestern Law, Natalie worked at Santa Clara University School of Law as an Assistant Director of Graduate Employment and as a Lecturer in Law for the Civil Practice High Tech and Social Justice Externship Seminar course. Natalie practiced law for over seven years, specializing in employment-based immigration. She has practiced both in San Francisco and Chicago. Natalie received her JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her BA in International Relations from James Madison College at Michigan State University.

Janet Siegel Brown

Janet joined the Law School as Lecturer and Director of Judicial Clerkships in 2014. Prior to that, she clerked for the Honorable Sheila Finnegan in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and in the staff attorney’s office of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She also practiced law for eight years at a large law firm and in state and local government in both Chicago and New York. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, M.S. in Management from New York University’s Graduate School of Public Service, and B.A. from Tufts University.

Dave received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1995, M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University in 2003, and B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1992. Before joining the Career Strategy Center in 2006, Dave was the Director in the Career Services Office at The John Marshall Law School and a career counselor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He also worked as a transactional attorney in Chicago for six years and gained public sector work experience while in law school. Outside of the office, Dave sat on the Public Interest Law Initiative Board of Directors for nine years and is an active member of NALP, including previously serving as the organization's Vice-President of Finance.

Allison joins the Career Strategy Center after having previously worked at Northwestern Law in 2004, initially as a career adviser, advising on judicial clerkships, alternative careers, and alumni job searches, and later teaching CLR as a Clinical Assistant Professor.  Allison subsequently worked as a career adviser, writing coach, and interview coach at several other Chicago area law schools.  A graduate of Middlebury College and Notre Dame Law School, Allison’s career prior to entering into higher education included working as a federal judicial law clerk and as an attorney in both the public and private sectors.

Yocelyn Jimenez

Yocelyn received a B.S. in Business Administration from DePaul University in 2022.  As the office administrator, Yocelyn assists with the daily operations of the Center and provides administrative support.

Amy Killoran

Amy is the career advisor for alumni. Amy has been working for law schools in career services and other roles since 2008, including more than seven years at Georgetown University Law Center, where she most recently led the team advising 2Ls, 3Ls, and recent graduates. Amy graduated from Cornell University, magna cum laude, and earned her J.D. at Duke University School of Law. After law school, Amy clerked for the late Judge William C. O’Kelley in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and practiced labor and employment law at a large Atlanta firm. Amy has served in leadership roles at NALP and is a graduate of an ICF-certified leadership coaching program.

Kira Luciano

Kira received her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. After law school, Kira worked as an associate at a large family law firm in Chicago, primarily focusing on high net-worth divorce proceedings. Prior to joining the Career Strategy Center, Kira was an assistant director in the Career Management Center at DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

Virginia received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and B.A. from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining the Career Strategy Center, Virginia practiced labor and employment law at two large law firms in Chicago.

Puja joins the Career Strategy Center after having worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Illinois Attorney General's Office. Prior to joining the Attorney General's Office, Puja was an Associate at Franczek Radelet P.C. practicing education and employment law. Puja received her J.D. from Northwestern School of Law in 2006 and her BA in Environmental Science from Duke University in 2001.

Fred received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011. He has returned to the Career Strategy Center after previously working as the Program Assistant for the office, as well as a Legal Recruiting Coordinator for McDermott Will & Emery and Administrative Support Specialist at the University of Chicago Law School.

Jazzma Pryor

Jazzma has served as the Judicial Clerkships Coordinator since 2016. She was also a former chair of the Law School Staff Advisory Council (LSSAC) and is currently a founding chair of the Staff Equity Alliance (SEA). Jazzma graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Production Studies in Performing Arts from Clemson University.
