Registration and Tuition

Regular tuition for in-house counsel is $595 per person. Space is limited. Future events will include firm attorneys and service providers to further discussion throughout the legal network.

Tuition includes all sessions, a continental breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, a reception, and extensive program materials. Registrations must be made in advance. On-site registration is only available as space permits and requires an additional $100 fee. Shared registration is not available.

Cancellation Policy

Full-tuition refunds will be made for all written cancellations received by May 19, 2015. A $250 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds on written cancellations received after May 19. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 26, 2015.

Continuing Legal Education Credit

As a program sponsored by Northwestern University School of Law, the Corporate Legal Operations Institute is recognized for mandatory continuing legal education credit in California, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Registrants may self-apply for credit in other states.

Estimated credit hours* are 5.5 for states with a 60-minute credit hour, or 6.6 for those with a 50-minute credit hour. Illinois professionalism credits are pending. Questions about MCLE should be directed to the Office of Professional and Continuing Legal Education at (312) 503-8932.

*Some states may provide additional credits for keynotes and luncheon sessions.


Registrants for the Corporate Legal Operations Institute may reserve a room at The Standard Club by calling (312) 427-9100 and referencing the Northwestern Law room block. Subject to availability, the rate is $180 if booked by May 15. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Guests will have access to all club facilities, including the fitness center, pool, and dining room.

Course Materials

For registered participants, course materials will be available for download approximately one week prior to the event. Registrants will also receive a set of course materials on USB drive upon check-in. You may bring your laptop to the program - power strips and WiFi will be available in the plenary sessions.
