38th Annual Securities Regulation Institute

The 2011 Securities Regulation Institute saw the return of the faculty luncheon roundtables as well as a new focus on smaller and pre–public companies. Participants enjoyed timely discussions with leading securities practitioners on topics including M&A trends, enforcement, and ethics.
