Annual Review of Regulation

Searle Center Annual Review of Regulation
Revision of regulatory law never rests. It is difficult enough to keep abreast of changes in one’s main area of interest; obtaining a comprehensive and timely overview of regulation overall can easily prove overwhelming.  The Searle Center Annual Review of Regulation is intended to fill that gap. Recent and impending initiatives in several active regulatory areas are critically appraised by scholars who are experienced researchers in appropriate fields. Those critical appraisals in turn are evaluated by commentators who also are experienced researchers in the appropriate field, though often viewing it from the perspective of a different discipline. Relying on sound legal and social science methodology, the final product as presented to the public is intended to be free of specialized vocabularies and techniques, and accessible to a wide range of interested observers.
