SFPIF Auction

Event Details | Donate Items | Student Volunteers

Welcome student volunteers! We are glad to have you as part of the 2008 Auction team. Below are descriptions of the responsibilities and procedures for each sub-committee. If you have any questions, please contact:

DONATIONS COMMITTEE
The donations committee is responsible for contacting businesses, faculty, and students to procure items for the Auction. Committee members will also package items and create program descriptions for each donated item. For specific procedures for your sub-committee, see the links below: Links to Procedures Documents [we will get these to you as soon as they are complete]

PAYMENT COMMITTEE
The payment committee is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all donated items, preparing items for auctioneering, preparing all paperwork related to auction payments, and facilitating payment and distribution of items on the night of the Auction.

NIGHT-OF COMMITTEE
The night-of committee is responsible for preparing all donated items for auctioneering, setting up the silent auction, facilitating the live auction, running the coat check, preparing the programs, communicating with vendors, and general night-of operations.
